Military service impacts families in numerous ways, including education, stress on spouses and family members, friendships, and unusual life experiences. Understanding military life and its opportunities and challenges can enable teachers to better serve not only students from military families but all of their students.
The panel discussants will include high school student counselor, a high school student, a military family advisor, and the wife of a former POW.
